GRILLED WEDGE BEATLE

Grilled wedge beatle in black washed calf from Rick Owens FW24 Porterville runway. These grilled wedge beatles are above-ankle height. They have elastic side panels, an angled heel counter with topstitching, and a back pull-tab. They feature a 12cm concealed wedge (6,5cm rise), a thick, covered front platform and a bevelled grill, secured with silver rivets.

This mediumweight calf leather is veg tanned and finished using natural waxes. A final wash gives this leather its softness and brings out the natural grain texture of each skin. Because this skin is naked, not finished using any pigments covering the skin, natural markings and shadings are visible which makes each skin and product unique.
