BACKSTORY:
After studying fashion in Japan and Italy, Taichi Murikami began as a pattern maker to legendary Italian designer Maurizo Amadei. Under Amadei, Murakami sharpened his skill and began his own namesake line, offering extremely articulate and hand finished cuts, experimental linings, and an appropriation of Issey Miyake's A-Poc technology.
